Report a catalog correction
Include the device page URL, exact model, country or region, and the specification you believe is incorrect. A link to the manufacturer’s documentation helps us check the issue. Include the firmware version when it affects the answer.
Manufacturer citations apply to individual fields. Other information may still be unverified catalog data. Read how we verify specifications.
Report a website problem
Include the page URL, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your browser and device type. If you send a screenshot by email, remove any personal details first.
Do not send passwords, payment details, device access codes or private home network information.
Orders, returns and device support
Smart Device Compare is a specification directory. Purchases take place on retailer websites. Contact the retailer for an order, delivery, refund or return, and the manufacturer for warranty claims, installation advice or device troubleshooting.
